Relational integrative psychotherapy · Stirling

Helping you have a better relationship with yourself — and others.

Therapy in Stirling, working from the idea that we’re shaped by our relationships — with others, and with ourselves. A collaborative, compassionate process that supports real and lasting change.

Whatever brings you here, you’ll find a warm and brave space — somewhere to speak honestly and be met with compassion.

How I can help

Anxiety & low mood

When worry, stress or a persistent flatness starts to shape your days.

Trauma & its legacy

Making sense of what happened to you — at your pace, never before you're ready.

Adoption, estrangement & perinatal loss

The complex grief of separation, family rupture, and loss around pregnancy and early parenthood.

Bereavement & loss

Space to grieve, and to carry what you've lost in a way you can live with.

Relationships & self-worth

For those who've spent a lifetime putting everyone else first, unsure what they need.

Life transitions & burnout

When something isn't working but you can't yet name what, or why

My approach

The question isn't "what's wrong with you?" It's "what happened to you?"

This simple but significant shift sits at the heart of how I work. Rather than looking for what’s broken, we get curious about your story — the experiences, relationships and patterns that have shaped who you are today.

As a relational integrative psychotherapist, I draw on different approaches and tailor them to you. I’m also a trained teacher of Mindful Self-Compassion, and weave that in where it helps — because learning to meet yourself with kindness, especially in hard moments, can be quietly transformative.

A little about me

I’m Stella, a relational integrative psychotherapist based in Stirling. I’ve worked with clients for over three years, and in that time I’ve had the privilege of sitting with people carrying many different kinds of pain — knowing that no two stories are the same.

Before training as a therapist, I spent many years as a social worker, supporting adults through the profound change of becoming adoptive parents — getting to know a new version of themselves while helping their child feel safe and welcomed.
